  • Must have strategic marketing and persuasive skills 

  • Must have a strong understanding on how to run a team of sales professionals.

As a Manager in Training, you will have a strong understanding of how our organization operates, what our professionals need in order to be successful, contain strong marketing skills and a great understanding of the overall business from a manager's standpoint.
