What are we looking for? 

  • Highly motivated professional who has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy environment

  • Must have loan processing and office management experience

  •  Must be organized and accurate as you will be dealing with high priority documents, outside vendors and home buyers.

As an operations manager, you are responsible for handling all documents in the home buying process. It is important that this person is organized and does well under pressure as this is a fast paced environment.
